One project. Full attention. Every time.
Northlumis is built on a simple premise: a business that has grown deserves a website that actually looks like it — clear, credible, and built with the same care the business itself puts into its work.
One client at a time
Northlumis works with one client at a time, by design — not because of scale, but because that's the only way every build gets full, founder-level attention from research through launch. In practice, that means you see and approve the design before a single line of code gets written — not after.
Where the name comes from
The name comes from light: a northern light, low and clear rather than loud. That's the standard the work is held to — considered, precise, without unnecessary noise.
How the work actually happens
Every project moves through the same three stages — research, design, build — laid out in full on the Approach page. The person who researches the business is the same one who designs the site and the one who writes the code: no account managers, no handoffs between teams, no brief getting reinterpreted by someone new at each stage. How that work happens day to day stays between Northlumis and the client; what's shown publicly is the result.
What comes next
Beyond web design, the direction is automation and lead generation for the same kind of clients — an extension of the same hands-on approach, not a separate offering bolted on later.
The Work page shows exactly what the craft looks like. That's the best way to judge Northlumis — not by a client list, but by the work itself.
