A one-person repair business
A sole tradesman competing without a brand name, a marketing team, or a front office — just direct, hands-on work and a scattered trail of public reviews.
The challenge
A solo specialist has to earn trust in seconds, with no large brand behind him — and whatever reputation he has is scattered across public reviews, not gathered anywhere a visitor can actually see it.
The approach
We organised everything publicly verifiable — reviews, service area, reputation — into a site with one job: turn that trust into a phone call, fast, especially on a phone.
What this demonstrates
How to translate scattered, publicly verifiable trust signals into a clear website structure — without inventing credentials or results that weren't there to begin with.
- Home, services, and gallery pages, built around verified public information — real reviews, real service area, nothing invented
- Illustrative visuals generated to represent the trade, clearly labelled on the page as illustrative — not photographs of completed jobs
- Every layout checked at mobile, tablet, and desktop widths, with keyboard navigation and reduced-motion support
